11 Miles...

Today was the day for my long run, I ended up doing
11 miles (yet to update my Nike+ Stats). Felt
surprisingly good afterwards, legs felt sore but
fitness levels felt great! It's time to wind
down my runs for this week in preparation for
the Liverpool Half
Marathon on Sunday. I might just do one or
two runs before the big race. Must remember to
stock up on carbs & water 2 days prior.
